Active RECOVERY Wod- If you plan on doing the Open workouts on Friday, you should make this your RECOVERY day wod. Take the time to move and mobilize. Nothing too strenuous or crazy.

10 Mins Rower (This will serve as your warm up Row.)
4 Rounds:  
10 Good Mornings (Bar ONLY)
10 Hollow Body Rocks
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Goblet Squats (Med weight)
Then 10 MIns. Rower

Spend 2 Mins. at each Station
Samson Stretch
Cobra to Downward Dog with Calf Stretch
Lying Banded Leg Stretches
Pigeon Stretch on box
Banded Lat Stretch, Shoulder and Tricep on Rig
